This Return&Replacement Policy is guidance on how you can return and replace the products when the products you receive are defective.
REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Please contact us by phone 920012259 or email care.sa@oraimo.com. Our customer service representatives will provide professional suggestions to solve your problems first, if it is proven to be a fatory defect, we will lead you for replacement.
RETURN PRODUCTS:
You may return most new, unopened items sold within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns will be processed only if:
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened if applicable, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)
Return process:
After the courier picks-up your item, it can take up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement, as applicable. We reserve the right to request further information, or collect or inspect the product to ascertain the damage/defect in the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement.
Some items may be eligible for replacement only. If the exact same product is not in stock, we will issue a refund.
Note:
In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or returning items which are not in original condition or by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, oraimo reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items which were not originally purchased from oraimo E-shop. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items and such action may result in restrictions on your oraimo account, including limiting your ability to return items in future, order cancellation.
